Amidst all of her responsibilities and tasks as a solopreneur, Lara needed updated headshots for her rebrand of Pericus Ventures! Lara was looking for lifestyle branding headshots instead of your traditional, sitting in front of a gray backdrop headshots. I was so excited during her strategy call when she mentioned that her company has a nautical feel to it. Her company is named after her dad’s sailboat, so we brought her vision to life at the St. Francis Yacht Club in the SF Marina District.

We shot these around 2pm – prime midday time! I’ve started to love shooting around midday – the lighting is bright, crisp, and really emphasizes vibrant colors. It was quite windy right on the water, but you’d never know from the photos! 😉

After the nautical shots, we headed over to Fort Mason and changed outfits. She brought her laptop to get a few working shots, and we wrapped everything up in about an hour! Getting fun, branded photos doesn’t have to be stressful or take long. Send me an email, and I’ll take care of you!
