Yet another #shelterinplacesession hitting the blog today! Although we had originally planned to do a personal branding photoshoot in her in-home studio, I’m so glad we were still able to have this creative painting photoshoot for her spring collection entitled As Above So Below.

I mean, come on. How beautiful is her work? 🌊 Christie of Swell Anchor Studio and I met at a Growth Crush meetup earlier this year.

Inspired by the calming and healing powers of the ocean, Christie creates these magical, circular painted portals as a form of therapy. She also teaches artistic visualization practice to process anxiety over on Skillshare.

Her pieces were even more magical in person than I thought they would be. Christie’s work+ the beautiful blooms from the always-amazing Kat’s Flower Affair turned this into the most creative, dreamiest set designs ever. This was my biggest product photoshoot project to date, and it was SO fun to design and execute these sets from start to finish.

Nothing is more rewarding than creating photos that you can use to grow YOUR business. Christie will be using these photos for her website, social media, and product listings! After delivering her gallery, this is what Christie had to say:
