As a personal stylist with nearly a decade of experience, A.C. Styles CEO and founder Ashley helps her clients to elevate their style, get ready quickly, and feel confident! After 6 years of building her business, 1,000+ clients (not celebs, by the way), and perpetual disappointment with the retail industry, Ashley has made it her mission to reimagine the shopping experiences we’ve been taught are normal.
She has seen firsthand how a new style can change someone’s life by shifting their perspective and skyrocketing their self-esteem. 🚀 That’s why helping her clients who hate shopping and deciding what to wear make wardrobe decisions easy is so rewarding. In the same way that the clothes you choose to wear speak to your personal style, we wanted to capture photos to create a brand that was perceived as polished, creative, professional, and — of course — stylish. 😉
As a personal stylist with an eye for design, color, and detail, Ashley’s brand wasn’t suffering, she simply felt it needed a little…shaping (to the studio!).
While our first shoot only included Ashley, she now has a team of eight and three levels of service that need to be visually set apart from each other. Each service, tailored to business owners, parents, graduates, and more, needs to tell its own story. She’s got the words to make that happen, but in such a visual industry, she needed a photographer who understood her brand.

The photos required for this growing personal stylist brand were bound for the A.C. Styles website, social media, email marketing, and more. As a trustworthy style advisor (and not the fashion police), Ashley and her team needed a photo bank of on-brand photography to be able to use in digital and print marketing.
She needed photos to depict how she helps her clients make more efficient and systemized style decisions. More to the point, the A.C. Style clientele base is a group of educated and discerning people, who are well-acquainted with excellence in their home life, career, and consumer activity. This is important to note for their marketing direction because this led them to create a brand that speaks to that audience. It also led them to seek a brand photographer who could provide the images they needed to support the brand.
Of course, I was happy to help Ashley and her team to capture the moments they needed to visually tell their story and debunk the lies of standard sizing, avoiding white after Labor Day, and other fashion decisions we’ve been taught are faux pas.
